If you wish to cancel, you must do so by 24 hours or 1 day prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees.

• Our property is 100% smoke-free.  All guest rooms are Non-Smoking.  Smoking in a guest room may result in forfeiture of deposit upon check-out.
• Access to our property is for registered hotel guests with guaranteed room reservation only. 
• A security deposit of $100 is required at check in time.  Deposit has to be on a credit card or debit card.  No cash for deposits please.  
• A credit card deposit of one (1) night room and tax is required at time reservation is made on applicable rates.
• A full refund will be provided if cancelled within the allotted time-frame.
